Please read and understand these terms carefully before accessing or using jdbti. These terms apply to all of jdbti's services, games, and offers.

By using this platform, you confirm that you agree to the following —

• You are 21 years of age or older
• You are participating of your own free will
• You are in compliance with the laws of Myanmar
• You will follow any and all updates to these terms

Introduction — Platform Overview

jdbti is an online betting platform designed for players in Myanmar, offering slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, crash games, football betting, and more. The platform operates 24/7 in the Myanmar language.

Whenever any item in these terms and conditions is updated, jdbti will publish the change on its website. Continuing to use the platform after an update is published means you accept the change.

2.1 Requirements for Opening an Account

Each player registered at jdbti must meet the following requirements —

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Must register using accurate personal information
• Each person may open an account only once — one person, one account, one payment method, one IP address
• You may not use another person's personal information or payment method

2.2 Verification Process

jdbti may request proof of a player's national ID, bank account, or payment method when considered necessary. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Settings and Responsibility

Players are personally responsible for all activity on their account. The account may not be accessed by, rented to, or transferred to any third party.

3.1 Payment Methods

On the jdbti platform you can deposit and withdraw using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The name on the payment must match the name on the account; if it does not, the transaction may be stopped.

3.2 Deposits

• All deposits are processed in Myanmar Kyats (Ks) only
• jdbti cannot be held responsible for delays caused by operational outages
• jdbti is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider's network

3.3 Withdrawals

• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed
• Withdrawals may be held for accounts whose verification process is not yet complete
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• jdbti reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests made to a different method without a valid reason

3.4 Refund Policy

There is no refund policy for completed games. However, financial issues caused by technical errors can be investigated and resolved by contacting support.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jdbti offers a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and you receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 50,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, a bonus x 15 wagering requirement must be met.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have its own specific conditions and validity period
• Each player can claim each bonus once only
• If a breach of promotion terms is found, the bonus may be forfeited and the account suspended
• To claim a bonus, the minimum first deposit is 3,000 Ks
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — withdrawal is only available after the wagering requirement is met

4.3 Refer a Friend Program

When you join the refer a friend program, the referrer will receive a bonus of 8% of the referred friend's first deposit, up to a maximum of 20,000 Ks, after that deposit is verified. The referrer will also receive an ongoing weekly commission of 0.1% of the referred friend's valid bets.

5.1 Fair Play

At jdbti, game results are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, creating a genuinely fair game environment that neither side can control. Regular auditing processes are in place to ensure fair play for all players.

5.2 Gaming Intent

Games at jdbti are provided for entertainment purposes only. Gaming should not be considered a form of investment or a way to earn income. Play with the understanding that you can lose at any time.

5.3 VIP Levels

The jdbti VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players can move up through tiers based on their betting activity and regular play. Weekly cashback rates are —

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

5.4 Technical Errors

jdbti is not responsible for gaming losses caused by server issues, software bugs, or connection drops. However, if such situations occur, please contact support to have the matter investigated and resolved.

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using the jdbti platform —

If any of the above violations are found, jdbti reserves the right, without prior review, to —

• Immediately close the account
• Forfeit all bonus funds
• Deduct the remaining balance
• Report to the relevant authorities

without prior notice.

7.1 Personal Data Protection

jdbti protects players' personal data using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. Data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties — except where disclosure is required by law.

7.2 Privacy Policy

7.3 Suspicious Activity

jdbti prioritises Anti-Money Laundering protection and Responsible Gaming. If suspicious betting patterns are detected, an investigation process may be initiated and the account may be suspended for an extended period while the review is underway.

The jdbti platform is not liable for players' losses, direct losses, or indirect related losses (such as loss of income or reputational damage).

jdbti also cannot be held responsible for issues arising from the following events —

• Player's own device issues (computer, mobile)
• Internet connection issues
• Power outages
• Financial losses caused by the player themselves
• Matters of personal responsibility

9.1 Termination by the Player

Players can contact support at any time to request account closure. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn via the available payment methods before the closure request is made — provided wagering requirements have been met.

9.2 Termination by jdbti

jdbti may close a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances —

• When there is clear evidence of a breach of these terms and conditions
• When bonus abuse is detected during investigation
• Due to money laundering investigations
• When we have reason to believe the information provided by the player is incorrect

After account closure, any bonus funds will be forfeited, and the return of any remaining balance from original deposits will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

jdbti reserves the right to change, amend, or add to these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on the website and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.

Continuing to use the platform after an update is published means the player accepts the revised terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you may contact support and close your account.
